♦ Project evaluation: We will study your drawings and other technical documents carefully to find out the critical points and let you know what problems may arise.
♦ Price quoting: If requested we will list the cost break down which usually include material, fabrication, surface coating and heat treatment, so you are sure we have studied all your requirements and the costs have been calculated correctly.
♦ Material: We are familiar with international standards for different grades of material like AISI, SAE, DIN and JIS, we know when and what Chinese equivalent can be used. We also have reliable source of vendors for aluminum, brass, steel, so you do not receive material that does not meet your spec.
♦ QC report with photos. We are also good photographers, we will send QC report including dimensional report and photos showing all critical details so as to keep you most up to date.
